Jeff Rine of Danville, the defending Jeff’s Auto Body & Recycling Center super late model champion, indicated he will have his new Longhorn race car ready for this Saturday’s $1,500-to-win opener. Rine also scored five wins last year at the track and clinched his 11th championship.

The United Racing Club (URC) will make stops April 30 in the 36th Annual Jack Gunn Memorial, May 27 in the Third Annual Kramer Cup, June 4, and July 30 in the 16th Annual Mach 1 Chassis National Open.

The division’s crown jewel event will be the 18th Annual Late Model National Open sanctioned by the World of Outlaws Late Model Series Sept. 4.
Selinsgrove and Port Royal Speedways joined forces for the inaugural “Route 35 Dirt Late Model Challenge Series” featuring three events at each speedway that will determine a series points champion. Selinsgrove’s challenge series dates include May 21, July 23, and Aug 13.
The pro stock division will return for 19 races, highlighted by the 15th Annual Pro Stock 20 championship May 14. Joining the racing cards 13 times this season will be the roadrunner division.
